At Scopri the menu is a reflection of the seasons. We bring only the freshest local produce to your table. Spring is here at the moment, and we have made the most of the abundance of asparagus, new season tomatoes, zucchini flowers, and of course our famous kid goat from Seven Hills Farm , Tallarook.
We enjoy producing Italian regional dishes, as well as surprising you with our interpretation of classic Italian food.
Our kitchen team, led by Head Chef Salvatore Caccioppoli, produce high quality seasonal menus consisting of the best quality ingredients sourced from the finest suppliers.
Do you have a special bottle of wine? At Scopri we encourage BYO, we have knowledgeable staff on hand to take care of your special bottles and can decant and serve wine in the appropriate fine glassware We also specialise in tailoring menus to match your wines for a wine event.
We also have a great wine list of our own, with many different wines that you may like to be introduced to. Anthony and Alison have a great knowledge of Italian wines that may be foreign to you and are always happy to guide you to choose the right bottle for every occasion
