Scopri, which means to discover, or to find out, in Italian, comes directly from the experience gained in Italy by owners.
They regularly travel through Italy, eating and drinking their way through its 20 regions, ‘discovering’ along the way the diversity of Italian food and wine – something unable to be gained anywhere else, introducing a seasonally varying menu with its traditional format of antipasto, pasta, main and dessert, using incredible local products from artisan producers.

Our first floor private dining room is available for lunch or dinner, business or pleasure for 10 – 14 people. Wine dinners are our specialty.
On Sunday we are available for private functions by prior arrangement. Celebrating a special occasion why not privately book out the restaurant? Please call us to discuss your event.

La Festa del barolo
Monday 22nd July from 7pm $260 PP
Monday night of the Festa is La Morra. The most perfumed and feminine of all the communes it is one of our favourites. Some of its vineyards include the esteemed Brunate, La Serra and Arborina, amongst others, and is home to some of the most famous wine names of the region.
There will be a traditional Piemontese menu to match with the spectacular wines.

Our farm in the Macedon Ranges is farmed chemical free and using biodynamic practices.
Our vegetable plantings are planned in consultation with our chefs to serve our seasonal menus. Vegetables and herbs are cultivated, picked and delivered to our chefs daily. Our menu lists all the different varieties of vegetables that the farm is currently providing.
